SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hrs to let you know your order is on the way! 

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hrs using trusted shipping provider including India post, DTDC, Ekart, Amazon, via Shiprocket. Hyperlocal Mumbai orders will be shipped in 1-3 days, and orders from the rest of India will be shipped in 4-7 days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping for order of ₹500 & above

Flat rate shipping fee of ₹59 applies to order value of ₹499 and below.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the order amount minus the 7% transaction cost minus the shipping costs (as applicable) for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at thebrightonsidestore@gmail.com  or 09724202937 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
